That I actually look forward to going to work now (most of the time, anyway). Most of the issues they had with me were caused by the uncertainty, inconsistency, and instability. Getting full-time and quitting my other job was the best thing that could've happened; outside of a promotion, and the raise helps too.

That I know what I want, but it's not going to work out that way without a miracle or two. The difference between he and I, is that he had what that position requires, in him, and just didn't know it. In the last two years, it's become VERY evident to EVERYONE that I definitely DON'T.
