period while still on active pills?

Hi guys,
This has never happened to me but today I woke up and had discharge, I am two days away from my sugar pills is there something I should worry about?
Im going to continue taking my pills as I usually do but just a bit confused?

I am fairly stressed being in year twelve and exams coming up. could this be the cause?

Stress can absolutely be the cause. Stressing can cause our periods to do some crazy things...even come a bit early, late or not at all.

This is very true. When I was on the pill all I got were periods starting too soon or too late or have barely anything. Stress is normally the reason behind it. (I get stressed a lot so I assume that were the case with me)
