Do you think more foreplay would help to increase your girlfriend’s natural arousal responses and hopefully make it easier for you to penetrate? You can experiment with different touches, sexy talk, role play, or something similar to keep her in the mood.
You can also try more lube to get things to slide in more easily.
Do you ever get a little bit tired of life
Like you're not really happy but you don't wanna die
Like you're hanging by a thread but you gotta survive
'Cause you gotta survive
As Dez mentioned, you may want to try different forms of foreplay to increase your girlfriend's natural arousal. This could include more physical touch/kisses, role play, etc. Usually, finding the best method for increased arousal is achieved through trial and error, so don't be afraid to talk to your girlfriend about it. You can ask her if there is anything that she enjoys and feels might be helpful, as well as asking her to let you know when something isn't helping.
If increased foreplay doesn't work or isn't something that the two of you are interested in trying, you can also use store-bought lubrication to help make penetration easier. If you do choose to use lube, please remember to take things slow and give her body time to adjust.
