Upset about penis

My penis hasn't grown at all since I can remember. It is 2cm long and a lot of the posts here say they're way way bigger than me so why am I much smaller?

Everyone grows at different rates! Some grow really quick all at the start! Some grow slowly over their entire teen years, some are late bloomers, and some have growth spurts at random times! You just haven’t started growing yet! There’s nothing wrong with that! Don’t be embarrassed or ashamed if you’re really worried, you can talk to your parents and maybe they can get a doctor to see if your hormone level are OK! But you still got plenty of time to grow so I wouldn’t worry too much!!
