The biggest I have ever seen is 8" and I think that would be hard to manage,I cant imagine someone having an even larger one...

Yes it can be in both ways. "physical" because obviously you can't have the mobility you had before, and "psychological" because especially the others will see it like a burden, and you got the results. If also shyness hits you hard, uh!

Mine is bigger than 8" actually close 11" and that size is a problem cuz it wont fit in my underwear and pants and also people notice it and start asking all sort of question and kids at school call me names
