Hey, so I was really paranoid about this about two months ago; but recently, I think I have more evidence to make it even more concerning.
Last month I missed my period, and this month, it's twelve days late. Three months ago it was really light compared to how my period usually is.
Along with that, I've felt nauseous and dizzy, headache, etc.
I haven't really thought about it again until today-- and I had a pregnancy test and I took it-- but I guess it had expired so it wouldn't give me an answer.
I'm just really nervous and I don't know what to do. I want to wait another month, but I don't know if it'll be too late by then.

I would suggest taking another test. If you are positive, you should have a frank talk with your parents, but if that makes you uncomfortable, I would suggest visiting a doctor. However, if these symptoms persist and you are negative, visit a doctor to make sure everything is alright. I've heard that stress can affect your period.

It's true that stress can affect your period and if you're feeling really paranoid you may be imagining these symptoms - It's easy to do. I agree that you should take another test, and maybe another one too. If you get a positive result, you can then visit your doctor and talk about your options. Don't worry, you're going to be okay!

Hey there,
Firstly, if you are paranoid you could be imagining these symptoms. I know I had a period of time where I was paranoid that I was pregnant and due to that I imagined that I had some symptoms. It made me more aware of my body which made me aware of things like cramps and things that I wasn't used too. So, it's possible that you are just stressing and it is causing this.
However, you said you missed your period last month and it's been late this month so I would suggest that you take a pregnancy test and see what the results are. If you end up getting a positive result I would suggest that you get in with your doctor as soon as possible.
