Well... With my first, a missed period. With Kegan a missed period enlarged breasts and increased urination. With the twins... Nothing, I was 12 weeks along before I knew, in retrospect my sore breasts might not have been from breastfeeding. With Kade I found out early, we were trying, but oddly I started having symptoms a few days before my missed period... Though that is probably because I already knew.
Now that being said, there are no fool proof ways to know you are pregnant by yourself. A blood test and an U/S is best. And all of my symptoms could have been coincidences.

I had some spotting in place of a missed period. Other than that I didn't have any symptoms until after I took the test and found out I was pregnant. I was almost 7-8 weeks when I took it too. Right around that time I had slight sore breasts, then a couple weeks later the morning sickness started along with increased sense of smell (which was awful because it made me that much more nauseous.)

The very first strange thing that I noticed was a metallic taste in my mouth. That was about a week before I missed my period and decided to take a pregnancy test.

had no idea and was moping that I might not have been until my husband told me to take the test.
