Ok. So i have HUGE anxiety, especially when it comes to talking to my boyfriend. He knows i have anxiety but he doesnt know how bad it is. We text all the time but if we play out or see eachother at school we kinda have a one sided convostation (mostly him talking) i always get so nervous and have mini panic attacks because i feel like hes gonna think im wierd or creepy even though deep down i know he wont. I am really shy so i havent been able to talk to anyone about it and i really need help xx

Hey Chloe!
I think the best way for you to help yourself not be anxious or nervous around him would to talk to him about how you feel like in person or over the phone. I don't think it would help your awkwardness around each other if you texted how you felt (trust me, it can make situations awkward. I've been there) don't worry about you coming off creepy or weird. Guys don't think like that as much as us girls do. Just be you around him. After all, that's why you are in a relationship right? To find the right person that loves you for who you are.
If you have any more questions, feel free to PM me or reply to this post.

Talking about it with him is a good idea. But you're only 12, having a relationship shouldn't be your number one priority right now. If you have anxiety issues anyway, you should work on that first. Speak to a parent or a trusted adult. If you need some help with it they can help you get it.
But, if you're set on this relationship then you need to communicate with him. Talking to your partner is very important in a relationship and you shouldn't let your problems build up.

Well, my recomendation is hang out at one of your houses and just dive in. NO NOT THAT I mean like just do it all at once.... NO NOT THAT EITHER!! I mean snuggle 'n' kiss and all that stuff... NO NOT THAT STUFF! but in all seriousness just work up the courage to get close to him and the conversation stuff will jsut work itself out. Not sure if it's different for girls as I never had the issue, but it's how my Ex got over his issues with anxiety.
