Tonight, I want to fall asleep easily. I don't want to read 'til some crazy hour, I just want to go to bed at a reasonable hour and fall asleep without any drama, I want beat my insomniac habits for once and also beat my self harming for tonight, which is usually done just before I lay down to sleep. That would be nice

Not self harm, take some healthy steps to help forget my ex, continue quitting smoking, get some decent sleep and try not to sway off of the positive path.
