Succeeded with my 'don't cry for a day' goal the other day
 Today, my goal is to get a move on with my child development assignment, which is due on Tuesday. It is now Sunday and I have a loooong way to go :| |

Tonight, I want to fall asleep easily. I don't want to read 'til some crazy hour, I just want to go to bed at a reasonable hour and fall asleep without any drama, I want beat my insomniac habits for once and also beat my self harming for tonight, which is usually done just before I lay down to sleep. That would be nice
