yes, I did, and i went back and clarified. I apoligize if this caused confusion. I felt as if the adoption was done and over, never considered that she might be taken back.

The birth parents have 90 days to take their baby back. the adoption would have been finalized on April 12th, 2010. Ugh, the legal system sucks.
