Self Hatred, Self Doubt. Please help :( -

I have a huge problem with myself
I get SO upset and frusterated whenever I'm having trouble accomplishing simple things. Even if it's something I don't have experience with. I'm harsh, self hating, impatient, and tired of the way I feel. Please tell me what I can do to be more patient and compassionate toward myself.

Hey. I know what its like, since i have anxiety issues and have dealed with depression before. This feeling is totally normal, but if it happens a lot, you may have a bit of a problem. This may be the cause of some sort of confusion with identity or perhaps you are just becomeing more self concious, that was the case for me. It's best to remember that everyone has trouble doing stuff, and perhaps your mind could just be clouded. I used to take baths or go for runs whenever I could not focus or felt that way. Doubting yourself doesnt meen that you hate yourself, and thats also important to know. So my advice would be to try to clear your mind and take things slow with life for a while, and focus on things the make you purely happy for a while.
Good luck

Hey Krystianna!
I totally understand what you mean! I used to do the same thing! When I couldn't do something and someone else could I would always get mad at myself. I'd be like "Why can they do it and I can't?!" I just started to accept that I can't do everything perfectly. I'm good at some things while others are good at others. You can try giving yourself compliments every day. Like have piece of paper or white board hanging in your room and every time you glace at it you have to write one good thing about yourself. Whether it's how you feel you look or something compassionate you did during the day. You can also talk to some of your friends about this and ask if maybe every once and a while they can compliment you and you can return the favor. It can be kind of like a game or something. ^_^ Who can give the most compliments?! Let me know how it goes!
Take care,
Alessa
Whatever it is, chances are I've been there.
If I can make it out, you can too.
