Hey there,

Parents divorcing can be a really hard thing for kids to deal with and it has some pretty big effects on everyone involved. I want you to know that things will get better with time.

Now, I think the best thing for you to do would be to talk to your parents and explain to them what you are feeling. They might be able to help you start to feel better about things.

I know it will be hard to open up to them but I am sure that they care about you and want only what is best for you. However, they cannot know what is going on with you unless you open up to them.

Please hang in there,

Jenna
