I'm in a tight spot -

My boyfriend and I are super close and he means more than anything to me. However, lately we've been fighting more often and he's getting upset a lot. There's actually been a few times where he's threatened to commit suicide. I've talked him out of it, obviously, but I'm afraid he'll try again. I don't know how to prevent this and I'm having a little more trouble talking him out of it every time. Please help, I don't want to lose the one I love most.
