Triggering (Suicide): my best friend commited suicide

My best friend of five years commited suicide last night and now she's in Hell. What the fuuuuck? Help.

It doesn't necessarily mean she's in hell. It's why she did it and if she believes in God. If she believes in God, He may forgive her, and invite her into Heaven. But I don't know why she did it, or if she believed in God or not. But it all depends. And she may still be on Earth. Being stuck on Earth after you die is Hell. But yeah, it all depends on her reasons and if she asked for god to help her.

I am so sorry that your friend did this. I am sorry that she was struggling so much that she felt suicide was the best option. I am also sorry that you and the rest of her loved ones are left here to deal with all this pain.

I want you to know that things will get better with time. Losing someone is hard but with time you will heal. I think one thing that could really help you is talking to friends, family and maybe ever a counselor about all of this. Talking is a great way to remember, deal and heal from all of the pain. Do you think you could give that a try?

As for your friend going to hell; I do not know if that is necessarily true. There are a lot of different interpretations of the bible and at the end of the day god is the only one who truly knows what is going to happen. In my own opinion I would like to think that god would be more understanding when it comes to stuff like this.

I'm guessing she went to Hell because of what she believed. She worshiped the Devil because thats what her parents taught her. Thanks for your help everyone</3

I don't believe there's a hell or a heaven or anything, cause I'm Atheist, but I am very very sorry to hear your friend killed herself. I'm terribly sorry you have to go through that.
If you need a Psychiatrist of Grief Councilling, you can consider that. I believe however a person goes, a part of them lives on in you and in your memories, they walk beside you no longer in person but in spirit, and when we die one day we are united with them again, we see them again. That always kept me going when a close friend died, and how dissapointed they'd be if I saw them on the other side and they knew I just gave up living. They would want you to go on living, and not give up on yourself. I commented on your other post on here and I hope I can be helpful, and I'm here anytime you need someone to talk to. I understand how hard life can be sometimes, but you have to be harder. You can do it.

I am so sorry. As i suggest to a lot of people, it never hurts to talk to somebody about it. It will help you (and your other friends too) heal. It's going to take some time. The next...maybe 2-6 months at least will likely be difficult times, but after a while the pain will mostly go away. If you need somebody to talk to or anything at all give me a PM or email!
