Hey Lea,

Things will get better. I know you probably hear that all the time. But I can promise that they will get better. I once was feeling like this, always posting in the depression and suicide forum, but now I very rarely get urges to do anything bad.

If you were to do anything, people would miss you a lot, and who knows it may start something like a domino effect. Where you knock over the first one (you) then the rest follow. It's what happened to some of my friends.

Maybe try and talk to someone, like a therapist? It could help. Keep strong

Hey there Lea,

I agree that it shouldn't be like this for so long, it's awful when you're suffering from depression and it can feel very unfair. I think that the main thing that you do have to remember is that it isn't always going to be like this and it will feel very good when the negative feeling pass. You're here, asking for support, and that is wonderful. You are certainly not beyond repair, Lea, things are just difficult for you right now, but you are strong and you can keep fighting through this. Talking to your therapist could really help.

Keep strong.
