HELP... - May 1st 2010, 11:53 PM

the past few weeks have been so shit, i haven't been able to cope with my feelings and resorted to cuttin like i usually do... but this week has just been so much worse, ive had it wiv upto my head wiv everyone, feel like im drowning, i hate evryone and eveything and i get really really pissed off... all this week ive been considering whether or not to just kill myself and get it ova and done wiv.. cuttin doesnt help no more.. i dont know wat to do

Hey sepi, welcome to TeenHelp

What's been making you feel the way you're feeling? I would highly suggest that you do get your feelings out to someone so that you don't keep these feelings inside. By releasing from these feelings and telling other people, you may be able to see what is causing the negative feelings and you can switch your mindset towards positive feelings. I think that talking to someone like a therapist or counselor can help support and guide you to think more positively. They have experience with people who are depressed and can highlight things that a patient could be doing in order to make themselves feel better.
