I give up on me

Everyone's given up on me. Makes sense. I went to the hospital. I went to therapy. I went to inpatient. I went to residential. And after all that I'm still just me. People thought that I'd be happier and different and just better. But I'm not. So everyone's done with me. Done trying, done helping, just done. And honestly, I'm done with me too. I give up. I'm gonna do my best to repay everyone I owe for the time they wasted on me and then I'm gone. I'm sick of feeling like shit and usually when everyone in my life agree on something it's true. They all think I'm hopeless. So why try?

Do not give up. People do not recover or feel better after so much treatment. Everybody is different. Some take years and years to recover while some take about a month. It depends on the situation and what that person is going through. It sounds like you yourself is still trying to figure out a way to be you without being you. You just have to take those risks and take those chances that come your way. Do not give up just because you have gone to so much treatment, do not give up because by giving up you won't get better and you won't feel happy. It may take a while but you will get to the end of the rainbow with a pot of gold, just believe in yourself. Do things that make you feel good about yourself and things that you enjoy doing. Thanks for the support y'all. I just don't know who else can help me. I've tried so hard and I really wanted to be happy. At this point, the whole world seems bleak to me. There just isn't much left to try anymore.

Don't ever give up hun. I've talked you through this before, remember? You are gonna do this dude, you are gonna get through this. Its just exactly like what everyone else is saying. Its gonna take time. Things will not be better overnight. They will slowly get better. Not everyday is a good day but there is something good in each day. You just need to know how to find what that is. It can be anything. It can be getting to be with your friends, it could be someone's kind words to you, it could be just the day being a sunny day. It could be anything. Each of these are signs that life will get easier and things won't be cloudy forever. Im sorry you are still struggling with stuff. You can't give up though. When you give up, you are making sure nothing gets better ever. What good is that and I KNOW thats not what you want. Take it day by day and if you ever feel like things are REALLY bad, talk to someone. Anyone, someone offline or online. It will help you. We are all here.
