SOOO We are fostering 4 kittens and a mommy. This means we have them about two months until they are old enough for adoption then give them back to the shelter. I wanted to show everyone how adorable they are right now. We think they are about 5 days old. I will be posting pictures daily on my blog and updates about them. Right now we are still going slow in order for the mom to learn to trust us. The staff member said about another week until they open their eyes

It's wicked fun and I like it because the shelter provides all the supplies for us so we don't have to pay for anything. The worst part is giving them back though

AWWW!! So adorable!! You're so lucky have a fun time with them! And yeah, it'll be sad giving them back, but Im sure they'll get wondeful new homes

Yeah, that's probably why I don't know if I could do it. I get so attached to animals so easily. I named the geese outside my house and was kind of sad when I ran out of food and they flew away this morning. ._. I'm such a lonely, crazy person.

I wonder if there are any fostering options like this in the UK, I'd definitely do it with things like cats and dogs since I love dogs but I don't think I could afford to keep all the different breeds I want xD

Yeah I'm not sure. Contact some animal shelters around you and ask them how you can help. I'm pretty sure they won't be adopting out kittens at this age and most shelters don't have space to hold them for two months so fostering is the best option.

Whatever it is, chances are I've been there.
