i recently figured out why i was doing what i was. i was because when i did talk know one listened. they do now because they have figured out when i say i need the help i really do need it. Monday 8-13 was the first day of school and the first day i was determended i wasn't going to hurt myself. i'll try and let people no how well i'm doing

That's good to hear Sadly sometimes it takes more then words for people to realize how much someone is hurting. I'm glad though that they finally realized so you can get the help and support you need. Remember, we are always here if you still need someone to talk to or a shoulder to lean on. (figuratively) Sometimes speaking up for yourself can be extremely hard but if you keep trying your best you can do it! The more you share with others, the better you'll feel.

Whatever it is, chances are I've been there.
If I can make it out, you can too.
