Self-Harm is a difficult thing to overcome and you are doing what you can TRYING! Keep on trying! I would love to talk to you and help you as much as I can. You are not alone. You have all of us here on TeenHelp. I see that you are 14-years-old have you considered talking to a school guidence counselor or a teacher? Its good to have some people that you see often to talk to that are not on the internet although there are some awesome people on here.

But yeah like I said you can send me a PM or email anytime you need me!

I struggle with cutting myself. I once cut so deep, I passed out from blood loss in the shower. My mom found me, and I know I broke her heart. The cutting led to a suicide attempt by overdosing. I flat lined twice. When I finally woke up, I was in the hospital hooked up to all kinds of machines. My mom and step-dad were sitting beside me, crying. It hurt to see them like that. So every single time I'm tempted to cut, I think of the pain I saw on their faces. We all have someone who cares. You have a whole community of people who only wish the best for you. And we are all here if you ever need to talk. Keep that in mind, dear.
