I want to cut, everywhere, not just my arms or legs, but my neck and wrists as well.

Hey,
I’m sorry you’re feeling like you are.  I know that you say you don’t want help but it really might be a good idea for you and it’s really something you should keep in mind If you’re feeling like you want to hurt yourself then why don’t you try to do something to keep your mind off things? I don’t know whether you think it would help to talk but if you think it would then I’m happy to talk through things with you, just let me know.  Try to remember that there are a lot of people that would want to help you and you don’t have to go through this on your own.  I hope you feel better soon, Vicky xxx |

I know how you feel, i feel like it allll the time. But you need to try and take your mind off of it immediatly. Punch a pillow, hold some ice, think good thoughts and get away from anything sharp. I have not yet been able to stop cutting yet but i just try and take my mind off of it by writing or listening to music. x Hope this helps
