Nothing works except the blade -

I want to stop cutting but i've tried everything that the suggestion page says. honestly nothings working. i always end up back to my razors. i dont know what else to do. any personal suggestions..?

First, you have to REALLY WANT to quit for anything to work.
Second, I, personally, tend to paint, draw, listen to music, watch TV, have some smokes, talk to my boyfriend, see a friend, etc. to try and distract myself. Though, I will admit these don't always work for me, a lot of the time it helps, whether for a whole night, or just a couple hours. Dare to be Different, to be Weird, to be a Freak. If nothing else has worked I would recomend to be around someone until the urges diminisha little so you can't cut. I have a long, long list of self-harm alternatives that aren't on the thread, if you would like my to send them to you feel free to PM me.

  hi i am new and i am 14 years old. Man... i hear you guys. i know it is hard to stop. I am trying to stop and it is very hard!!!!! But trust in God. He put me through this to bring me to himself. I became a Christian through this. I am being counceled and it is working, i suggest it to all of you. I did not think that there was any other way to get relief from what life throws at you, other than to cut. But when Jesus opened my eyes it all became clear! He is the relief, run to Him when you need help. He always has open arms to all who come!
