Hey Drew,

I'm sorry you are feeling rough at the moment.
You are strong, you can get through this, i believe in you. Remember you can use alternatives, things that will distract you; you don't need to cut you are stronger than Self Harm, i know that you can beat it.
Make sure you clean and bandage your cuts to stop infection, and if they are bad seek medical help.

If you ever need/want anyone to talk to, i'm am always here and willing to listen.

Hey there Drew.

I'm really sorry that you are feeling so low that you are hurting yourself this way. It's not nice to feel down and you definitely don't deserve it.

Firstly I want to encourage you to make sure that you don't need medical attention. If you're not sure it might be best to pop in to your doctors and see your gp just to make sure. At least that way he'll be able to properly clean it which will help prevent infection. And then if it does need butterfly stitches (steri strips) or stitches you can have them done. It' just to be safe. Also here is some first aid information which will help to ensure you are looking after your cuts properly. However, I want to remind you that this is not an alternative to seeking medical help if needed.

For now I really want to encourage you to use distractions. Not every single distraction out there is going to help you but there will be one which do work. Don't stop trying new ones if you come across something which doesn't help. Keep on tyring.

I know things are hard for you right now but you can do this. You are worth so much. You can beat self harm and live a life with out it. You won't feel this way for ever, I promise.

drew, just keep trying to find ways to distract yourself from cutting. maybe you have friend or someone that you could talk to about your self harm because talking about it can really help a lot.
