Non-PG13: I have a problem with chronic masturbation and pornography...

I feel really bad when I watch porn. I try not to, and I'm taking steps forward to better myself to stop masturbating. My parents do not know of my masturbation and/or pornography addiction. I am on the computer almost all day long playing minecraft and what-not, so I am always at risk of putting myself back into the situation where I am sooo very tempted to jack-off. Please help me. My self-confidence is being eaten away at by this problem and I want some supportive answers.

i use to have the same problem man the way i handled it was distacting my self like volunteering, hanging out or talking with friends, ect. If you cant do anything like that try putting up content blockers on you computer and typing in a random answer or get someone else to do it so you cant look up porn.

I'm not sure I want to block it on the router setup page, because my parents might see it.
I haven't masturbated today and am feeling really good. Thanks for the response though! I feel good when I don't and feel bad when I do. I started in the end of last year and can not stop. I hope I can keep going with the quitting.

I've heard that masturbation is healthy, but I'm not sure.
I also want to ask anyone if they masturbate constantly; like a couple times a week. not everyday tho.

Masterbaiting once a day is healthy, it cleans out the prostate and can prevent against prostate cancer, you can continue to masterbait but if it makes you feel bad then you shouldn't, they porn can be an issue, but the doctor told my boyfriend once a day or every other day its good to clean it out. Just make an appropriate time and place for it without porn, like the shower, or right when you wake up. But it sounds healthy to me, but the porn thing I don't know that seems to be what makes you feel guilty
