My cousin Timmy whose 21 keeps coming and laying in my bed every night, I stay with his family because my parents died when I was little. He makes me touch his privates and he touches me. It sometimes hurts and I don't know what to do about it. When uncle Robert asks why he's in my room he just says I have nightmares what is true, but the nightmares are about Timmy. I don't know what to do? Is this even abuse...

Yes, this is abuse. I would tell his parents. If they don't do anything then go to the cops.

this is abuse, but the most important thing to remember is that this isnt your fault, its really really scary to tell someone about something like this, but it's the best thing to do, it doesnt have to be his parents or your parents, someone like a teacher, or just any adultyou trust. even though talking about it will be really hard, its the best way out, and in the long run, actually the easiest aswell...
youll be given someone who you can talk to and theyll help you with everything, even when its over theyll still talk to you and se how your getting on, and make you feel better if needed  so theyre no one to be afraid of.and im sure everyone else will be really supportive, they know he shouldnt be doing this aswell.and of course you can PM anyone on the site whenever you need help

yes it is definetly sexual abuse! you really need to tell his parents what he is doing to you, if they wont help then tell the police. Nobody has the right to do this to you. Good luck

Im so sorry Crimson Scars but this is sexual abuse and none of this is your fault ! please, i hope you tell his parents- your not in the wrong he is. If they dont listen or dont help at all go to someone like a school councelor if your too afraid to go to the police at first. but if not go right to the police. This is sexual abuse. Make sure you tell an adult or even the police, and remember that it isn't your fault. This is wrong.
