Arrow What's happening? - June 18th 2012, 01:25 AM

Ever since I put this worry doll under my pillow, everything has just felt dream like. I can't feel my usual fears, which should be good but it's not. I don't know when I'm dreaming or awake . I tried taking the worry doll away but then everything is to intense to face right now. I've steatite getting angry at everything. If I make a mistake in anything, I feel like I have to throw something. If my parents come and watch tv with me. Anything. I can't help but go and throw stuff and kick and hit when I get like that if I'm alone. I've thrown my textbook across my room once. I don't know what's going on. I've never been this moody. I'm just so frusterated all the time.

Hey,
So things seem like they are really tough right now, generally with this moodiness. I dont really believe in superstitions like that, but I do think you might have invested YOUR mind to let go of its problems when this doll is present. And i do believe YOU can control it (as impossible as that sounds).

As for the dreaming or awake thing, thats a really tough feeling to deal with, but i want you to KNOW in your mind that YOU ARE HERE and YOU ARE AWAKE and YOU ARE ALIVE. Because you are.

You should maybe try doing something when you feel super frustrated. one of the BEST things would be an exercise like running. When you run you release endorphins which pretty much make you feel good. I would try that. Maybe start running every day. Exercising can really improve your health OVERALL including mentally.

Also, Make sure you are getting enough GOOD FOOD daily, like vegetables and protein. Because a balanced GOOD FOR YOU diet will REALLY improve your mental state overall.

Im not saying these things will cure the problem, but they will MOST DEFINITELY will help A LOT. and SOMETIMES they can be the main root of the problem (meaning it WOULD cure it to do these things)

Best of luck,

<3 Sora

Sometimes when the mind is under a lot of stress it copes by pushing the feelings onto something else, in your case a doll, but it can leave you unsure of what is real. What you can do, if you want to keep the doll, is write out everything that happens on a day to day basis, and see what adds up.
As sorakat said, exersice and healthy eating are really good for mental well being. If you can I would definatly eat healthy foods and go for walks/jogs.
