Hello,

What is it that you feel makes you say that? There are a lot of factors that you haven’t mentioned about what leads you to feel the way you do. I can say this for sure though: there really isn’t ever a reason to put yourself down. Unfortunately, we all do it sometimes because of different reasons (but they’re all usually a result of living in a way that we believe is not good enough/doesn’t meet our personal standards). It’s a good thing to have high standards, whether those standards are for fitness, eating well, working hard, being studious, or in our relationships with the people we love, but it’s very important to make sure that your standards aren’t unrealistic. You need to learn to accept the person that you are, and to acknowledge that no matter what happens in your life, you still have the ability to take whatever steps you want after that point (because you still make the decisions as to how you want your life to proceed, and how you approach situations is completely up to you).

If you have a minute, take the time to look in the mirror again and tell yourself that no matter what happens, you're still alive. You're still you, and no one else can be you. You're still capable of making a very bright future for yourself, and by extension that means you can make whatever choices you want to and become whatever you wish. So don't hate yourself, work with yourself instead. Accept that you are who you are, and that there's nothing wrong with that. Then do whatever it is that you want to do to reach for your own goals, but make sure that those goals are realistic (like don't set goals such as 'I want to make a million dollars by tomorrow,' because unrealistic goals will be nearly impossible to reach and will probably lead to disappointment). I hope you feel better, good luck with everything.

Best,
Tro

Would you mind to share what is the reason why you hate yourself? Well sometimes I too feel the same way, I hate myself especially if I fail on a certain situation. I learn not to compare myself to other people, if cannot avoided, compare in a way it can serve as our inspiration to grow better.
