Do you ever feel - April 18th 2017, 06:58 PM

Like when you describe something awful like not being able to sleep right or focus clearly this entire past month and its been affecting your studies and you tell it to a classmate and they're like yeah I'm tired too?
Like not as bad as me fool?? Like I didn't sleep at all and got nothing done anyways last night and you just slept late once and you still got everything done that you needed done but you're just as bad as me right?????
Sorry I'm really bitter. The same classmate said something about breaking out of severe anxiety or severe mental illness like its nothing?? Like just because you saw 13 reasons why don't mean you know more as a neurotypical tf. Smh
Sorry this was more of a ramble rant than anything else...

We all would love to get into people's minds and find out what they are really thinking or feeling. Unfortunately, we are unable to do that. You know what you struggle with and why, but it might be different for someone else. Could they be making it all up? Or could they be denying it now that they saw Thirteen Reasons Why? We don't know, but I would suggest not talking to them about any mental health/anxiety issues if it's really going to bother you. The best thing for you to do is to have conversations that won't frustrate you.

I'm sorry if that wasn't what you wanted to hear or very helpful.

severe anxiety and mental illness take a long time to heal and a lot of work.

the anxiety may be a side effect of the other mental illness.

medication can sometimes help.

mindfulness meditation, qi-gong, yoga can help unwire the anxiety.

is it bipolar mania?
