Destruction - May 4th 2010, 05:05 AM

Have you ever got that feeling, that urge to just lash out in anger and violence at the world around you, to destroy everything within a 10 mile radius until there's nothing left but a smoking crater to mark the spot where we all used to live and play and slaughter the innocent, to destroy and destroy everything around you eventually culminating in the destruction of yourself, that's what I feel like right now, and this isn't the first time either.

people like you and me, it's our job to care it's all we know it's what we were created to do. Even if the people we care about weren't real or didn't know us, we just keep on caring anyway. That way we make sure a little piece of that person lingers on watching over us, like the heroes in our dreams like the stars in the sky.

I've had that feeling before, though not in so many words. Sometimes everything just sucks and you want to lash out and destory everything, I get that. But you have to remind yourself that when you feel like this, things can only get better. When everything is down, the only direction left is up, just think of that. Things WILL get better, they always do.

And hey, if you seriously want to do something physical, I hear pillows can take a rough beating

Everyone becomes angry at some levels of frustration and stress, so it's not problematic unless you flip your lid over small, insignificant things. If you really want to hit things, then either punch away on a pillow or punching bag. Punching bags I've found work wonders for me as I imagine whatever or whoever the immense stress is from and simply hit. It also can give you some exercise at the same time, which is always a plus.

Similar... I feel like I could explode and leave a crater behind me.

"I don't care about politics"
Then politics doesn't care about you either. Truth. You've got to make your voice heard, if you want to be listened to. But that's too logical for some people, so let me go a step further. Not making your voice heard, leaves other people free to hijack it by speaking on your behalf, even if they don't actually give a shit about you. That's politics. So, make your voice heard. That's not a quote from anywhere. That's just me.
