my big stress... :/ - July 9th 2010, 10:19 PM

ok this is my problem:
every time i stress or become upset/nervous,something like that, for a little thing (but i am not supposed to) my heart starts ponding, and sometimes it hurts. i cry 2 or 3 times a week, depending on the situation.and stress is more than that. and its a bunch. i sweat then too.it doesn't seem normal... and it really aches.

is this normal? is there an easy way to stop it?
is there a chance that my heart is weak? i have those thoughts.

I stress out WAYYY too much too.
What are you stressing over? I know for me right now it is preparing for college ECT. Try to just relax and know that if you need to you can talk to someone about it us a parent ECT. If you are worried your heart may be weak go to the doctor.

its my fault...my complex. so its cause of what people tell me,my fears/phobias and rejections and that i worry too much about the future. you can say i got like 20 000 thoughts a day cause all i do is think.
i am afraid of the doctors cause they might put me in a cage,at least thats what i hear. maybe then i must fight it alone.

I do this too... it's your flight or fight response acting up to a non physical threat. U may also be experiencing panick attacks. Most likely your heart is fine. I get panick attacks sometimes and it pretty much feels like a heart attack... I actually went to the hospital once because I thaught i was dying. lol. Anxiety can make you feel really achy, short of breath, make your heart pound, make your mind feel fuzzy, give you chills, all sort of things. Some of your anxiety may be because you think there might be something wrong with you. The best thing to do is to try to rationalize with yourself when these things come on... try to stop the thaughts that are making you feel strange. Deep breathing and doing things that relax you and get your mind off of your fears are the best. Visiting the doctor may help you too becasue they can check up on you and tell you you are ok so you dont worry about that anymore.

so thats why i take deep breaths all the time,to relax. it does sound weird though. and it feels like my heart is very weak cause of the stress.
to fix it i have to avoid things that make me feel like it. the doctor would recommend that too.
my obsession is against me though.
i heard lavender is good too. i get panick attacks, sometimes, but like when i see a huge spider on my hand. it happens...

and theres an another problem.
forgot to add...

I get really aggressive at times.
think thats cause of the stress thing too.
