Her... - September 10th 2011, 04:47 AM

So, I've been having this problem. It is driving me fucking insane!!!! You wouldn't believe it.

Anyways, as you all know, I have a problem with Sabrina Bryan.

I don't know why, but I have...shall I say...fantasies and orgasms whenever I think or see her. It is driving me nuts. I need help. Anything would be better than what I have to deal with. -_-

I've been dealing with this for 7 years, give or take.

Um I'm honestly not sure what you can do about it other to really try not to think of her at all, see her etc.

You could go see a psychologist about it? They might be able to offer some professional advice or reference you to somebody who specializes in this sort of thing.

Best of luck!

Hey there,

This sounds like a really discouraging thing for you. Celebrity crushes can be some of the more irksome attractions since they are unattainable and we know this. They are not necessarily unhealthy (I know that when I was about 12, I had a crush on Avril Lavigne for a while!), but if you find that it's interfering with your life, then it is showing signs of being or becoming a problem. When you say you have fantasies and orgasms when you see her, what exactly do you mean? Is it a "Ooh, she's hot!" kind of thing, and you find yourself getting turned on? What sorts of things are you having to deal with when you see a picture of her?

Maybe it would help to give yourself a minute to breathe and to focus on other things. Try to bring yourself back down to earth after you see a picture of her. Focus on what's around you rather than on the fantasies or the aroused feeling. As Kimmi suggested, if you feel that this is a real problem, you could consider seeing someone to talk to about it. Believe me, mental health professionals have seen things like this before! If you have a lot of pictures of her up around you, you might also want to consider taking those down. You don't want to let yourself obsess. Instead of doing things like looking at pictures of her on the internet or something, try to do other things like reading or shopping to get your mind off of it.

I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help! If you want to provide me with some more information, I'll do my best to adjust my advice accordingly! For now, take care!

(I am also going to move this to the Mental Health forum, as it might receive better replies there.)
