Starving and eye sight - December 28th 2013, 06:12 AM

Okay so I have a question. Nobody's really given me an answer about this before. Can starving yourself screw with your eye sight? Like make it blurry and make you see double a little?

Because every time I go into starving mode my eye sight gets even shittier then what it normally is. I mean this like i go periods where my ed is under control and then it just flairs up and I'm back to starving. So if anyone can answer my question that would be great

Don't lose who you are, in the blur of the stars
Seeing is deceiving, dreaming is believing,
It's okay not to be okay
Sometimes it's hard, to follow your heart
Tears don't mean you're losing, everybody's bruising,
Just be true to who you are

Lack of proper nourishment can, and in fact - will alter your eyesight, and not only this alone. Especially lack of vitamins.

If you starve yourself and don't give your body proper nutrition by eating, your body lacks vitamin needed for health, one of them is vitamin A. Vitamin A is vital for eyesight's well being. Lacking vitamin A can exacerbate your eyes, thus altering your vision. Severe cases include total blindness.

I hope this helps, and please stay strong!

Love,
Pearl

I've heard it been said before. And it makes sense if you think about it, the whole body (pretty much! ) is affected by lack of nourishment.

Take as long as you need.
