Hit my target weight but my body feels strange - September 26th 2016, 10:52 AM

Yes the title summary summs it up I've hit a nice healthy weight and I'm so happy that I no longer am severely under weight!

One question I do have is I'm unfamiliar with my body the doctor said I needed to hit my target weight and I moreless have but I feel a slight sticking out on my chest from where I've gained weight is that normal? Do all guys have that I just feel so weird and don't know what to expect out of my body because I'm so use to seeing bones. I also have this weird bone sticking up near my chest is that also normal? I know we aren't medical professionals but mostly just looking for other people's views I have a doctor's appointment with my doctor later on but I just wanted to mainly update everyone and let people know how I'm getting on and progressing

I'm glad to hear you've reached a healthy weight, that's wonderful! If you're concerned about chest fat, then I suggest working out and stuff like that to convert it to muscle. Definitely ask your doctor about that. They'd know more than me.
