Okay, so here's the thing. I eat TOO much. I'm not obese or anything ... yet! But I seem to be eating more and more everyday, and even find myself eating when i'm not hungry. Help?

I can't help you on this one but your smiley face is pretty cool. Maybe you should just watch wat you eat, and work out what's causing you to eat loads x

Maybe exercise more so that way even if you do eat lots you won't gain a lot of weight. Also, is it possible you're eating because you're bored? I used to eat loads just because I wanted something to do.

As Cara said, it might be because you are bored?
I end up doing the same, though i don't seem to gain weight, luckily!
But i know it's not great for my health...
Try..
-keep the unhealthy foods hidden, this can stop you from seeing them and being tempted even when you know you're not hungry.
-Don't wait too long for meals, like having breakfast at 9 and then nothing until 2, because then you end up over indulging.
-Do you ever go to the shops hungry? This can make you buy more food and then you end up eating more, since you don't want the food to go to waste

I know what that's like. I seem to be doing that a lot recently too. In my case, I start to eat when I'm bored or overly stressed. As Cara said, it's something to do.

It's good that you're aware of this though. What I try to do is 'catch' myself out. Whenever I start to eat for fun or 'just because' I stop and pick out something healthier to eat. Distractions work too. Find something else to do. It'll keep your mind off the urge to eat.

Have you tried sipping water whenever you feel the urge?
If sipping a little bit satisfies the urge, it tells you that you were eating out of boredom. Sometimes one may eat and not realise that they aren't actually hungry - I am a victim of boredom eating too!
If sipping a little bit of water - and I mean like less than half a cup full - doesn't satisfy you, then maybe you are actually hungry and you need the extra food. In this case, try eating a healthy snack or small balanced meal. Alternatively, if you are trying to lose weight, just continue sipping the water BUT remember to have 3 medium or 5 small healthy, balanced meals per day.
