OK, so today at school I decided to eat lunch. And I was so ashamed of myself. I want to be thin like I was before. I want to lose weight.
What can I do? Hey, not really in the right frame of mind to say much other than I care, and that I'm feeling the same as you at the moment. Could you try going on a healthy diet if you want to lose weight?
