Hello Bumblebeebabe
I can identify with everything you have written. I was anorexic and now often over eat and then under eat to compensate. Christmas is always a difficult time of year as there is food every where. I also have a family holiday soon and want to look good. My metabolism is a bit screwed now having been under weight. Now I am back to normal. I think its just important to never skip a meal - always just eat a bit, even if you are not hungry. My hair has fallen out as well. I think its important to eat protein for strong, healthy hair. Fish is really good for that and is very healthy and doesn't make you put on weight. I hope that is helpful. Take care of yourself. xx
