Okay every year I get hayfever, this year it seems that my hayfever is worse than last year to the point where my eyes are itching, I'm constantly sneezing and my throat is itchy too. I've tried the anti-histamines and the allergy relief eye drops but nothing seems to be working. I've never had hayfever this bad before , does anyone have any suggestions of what I can try to make the hayfever more manageable, also because of the amount I've been sneezing I have neck ache from sneezing!!

Re: Hayfever
If you are able, being in a cool place helps lessen allergy affects. So, turning up the A/C.

Also, an air purifier can be fairly cheap. If you get one with a HEPA filter, it should definitely help, as well. We couldn't afford one that is big enough to cover our whole apartment, so we put a small one (about $30-40) in our living room. We keep it on all day and it helps a ton. We have to replace the filters roughly every couple months, though some can last 3months or more and are under $20 to replace.
