Anyone know of any 5-15 minute exercise routines I can do nightly at home to strengthen upper body (specifically chest and arms, a 6 pack would be nice :P )

Do you have any equipment such as dumbbells,pull up bar? If not you can try these:

Chest/Back
-Push ups

arms:
Diamond push ups
Dips using a chair

Legs:
wall sit
burpees
lunges

Core:
sit ups
reverse sit ups
plank

Usually your arms and chest exercises will not give you a six pack. Some great exercises for working your ABs are crunches/sit-ups.

The above user gave some great advice for exercises and what they work on. If you are unsure of what each are, I suggest google. They usually have a website somewhere that has a video or picture of the exercise.

Hey. It's be great to get an exercise/yoga ball.

if you have one heres some good exercises:

1. prop feet on ball and plank. do pushups. the farther away your arms are from the ball, the harder it is.

a great abs one:

lie on floor with legs straight and ankles around the middle outside of the ball. try to lift the ball up towards the sky WITHOUT rolling the ball or bending your knees.
