Stress is making me really ill - September 26th 2012, 11:25 AM

Lately my work has been really pushing me, I won't in a factory and finding doing the same 2 minute job on repeat is boring as well as the work load Stressing me out big time. I was going to have a day off but after a mishap in the bedroom I now need to buy the morning after pull meaning I have no choice but to go into work :/
It's making me feel really sick and giving me one hell of a headache.

I'm sure your bosses won't mind if you take some time off. You may just need a break to get your head back together, or maybe look for another job? If you love your work, stick with it though, if you don't its just work. Pick something you love and you won't even have to work a day in your life. A quote by something or other but it's true.
When stress gets to the point of physical symptoms you need to do something. My stress/anxiety disorder causes me to feel constantly nauseous and disoriented some days, and I feel like crap that I haven't seen someone about it, so do what you think is right.

Jay.

Hi there,

I believe this is better fit in the general health forums, so I've moved your thread there.

Stress can do a number of things to you. Ive been stressed out for years now, and I'm always tired, always have headaches, getting sick a lot, even my physical appearance changed. i have dark circles under my eyes. And i get this sharp pain on left side of my chest, and the doctor said it was stress. So stress can do a lot of things.Try to pass this
