Pain in left side - July 3rd 2013, 12:09 AM

I understand that only a doctor can diagnose me but I am just curious if any of you have an idea what this may be.

Last night as I was going to bed, I was complaining to my fiancé that the spot above my pubic bone felt sore. It hurt but it was more like an ache. Enough to hurt but not send me into tears or anything. So I went to sleep and can remember tossing and turning(I audibly groaned if I laid on it I guess) but was able to sleep. So then I woke up this morning and it still hurts. I am basically alright if I am sitting down but if I move then it starts hurting. I keep getting told it might be a pulled muscle but I did not do anything to pull anything. Any ideas?

What if I fall?
Oh, but my darling, what if you fly?

Whether you think you did anything to pull it or not, there might well be something with a muscle or trapped nerve that could sort itself out.

I'm not entirely sure, though - I'd say if it's not subsiding or fine I'm a couple of days, get in touch with a Doctor.

Hope it feels better soon.

Skittlify me up...

i know most of your organs are on your right side.. And the muscle thing makes some sense.. Regardless if you did anything, u could still pull it.. If it doesnt go away in a few days, go to a dr.. I went a very long time with a pain on my right side.. thinking it was nothing serious because it didnt hurt that bad.. after a year it got worse.. found out my gall bladder had been leaking poison into my blood stream.. i was given 6 months to live without the surgery.. my case was the worst one they had ever had.. and i was only 17 at the time.. im not saying that is what it is since the gall bladder is on the right side.. but you do need to keep track of how bad it hurts, does the pain worsen when you eat, does it ease off when you sleep, etc just in case you do go to the dr.. it will help them figure out what it might be without doing so many tests..
