Need quick relief from eye infection. - December 30th 2016, 09:52 AM

Hey guys! I have a wedding to attend in two days and I've got this very bad eye infection. I've however consulted the doctor and I'm using the prescribed eye drops. But I don't think this would get better before a week and the wedding's in two days. I really need suggestions on what I can do, to get faster relief. http://www.kellylaser.com/en/vision-...ye-infections/ I've however found some remedies online and I'm trying to implement them. Would love to hear more suggestions and remedies if possible.

Hey there,

I guess this depends on what kind of eye infection you have. If it's rather crusted, then you can bathe your eye gently with warm water and a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda (baking soda).

Otherwise, I'd avoid doing anything with your eyes aside from continuing treatment. You can use a cool compress if your eye feels irritated, hot and itchy to help soothe it.

Sorry I can't be of more help. Hope the wedding goes okay though and your eyes get better soon!
