every have bloody stools or any other gastrointestinal issues? How about anything that may happen before or after such as girgling in the stomach or has afterwards. Any common foods or activities that trigger the pain? Also, any time periods such as a few days before the period, etc when the pain occurs?

Need many more details.

I've had the same pain. And it turns out I have endometriosis. It's when you're uterus grows outside of where it's supposed to. You should definitely see your family doctor and be persistent.
