Question Picky with food? - September 20th 2010, 12:05 AM

I don't where this fits, but I've been picky with food. I do like chicken, but my body doesn't like it anymore. It just won't eat it anymore. Plus same with greasy foods because I used to eat that now I hate greasy food. Are my taste buds changing or just picky?

Hey Mary,

I get like that sometimes too! I know if I eat a food often for an extended period of time I just get tired of it and don't really like the taste of it anymore. Also, if you remember when you were a kid, what foods did you hate? Like absolutely hated. I know, personally, I would never eat cereal. Now I eat it at least once a day, but that's been like the past few months. I don't think you should really worry too much about it. Try and experiment with new foods to find things you like, if you find that you're starting to dislike food you've always eaten I mean. Also, not liking greasy foods is a positive thing! That's much more healthy. Maybe you can also try seeing what veggies and fruits you like as well.

Take care,
Immy Marie.

It's normal. I'm always getting over foods and finding new ones, then getting over them and starting the whole cycle again. Just keep experimenting with foods and changing it up.
