Ummmm ya, this might not be the right category, but whatever...

So ya, my issue is that I can't seem to lose enough weight I'm probably one of the skinnier guys in my social group (or so they insist) but I'm really not content with how much I weigh.

But ya, I reeeaaalllly want to be skinnier, that would make my life <3

A year or so ago I tried the whole bulimia thing, but it wasn't practical given my family is constantly around (and I became tired of going for "runs" in the woods) Plus it was probably carving away at my teeth. So ya, that didn't work.

I adopted Vegetarianism to help lose weight (and because it's awesome to save the little critters :] ) and kind of combined that with mild anorexia to help keep the cals down, but I only lost about xxx pounds and then have just maintained the weight for a year (grown a bit since then)

But ya, I go to the school fitness centre (ew jocks) or for jogs when I can, but I'm so bogged down with homework or work most the time that massive exercise routines aren't practical either

If you (the sexy individuals I imagine you all to be (; ) have any helpful tidbits that would be great (:

Anorexia and bulimia can make you gain more weight than you lose, if you're trying to lose weight it's best to do it the healthy way. Keep a balanced diet, stay away from sweets and sugar and exercise during the day.
Your doctor could help you plan a diet/exercise routine and make sure you're keeping healthy with your weight loss. Wanting to be a bit slimmer is ok but talk to your doctor about a proper weight for you.

Instead of spending a large block of time exercising during the day, try breaking it up. Go for a quick jog in between homework assignments, make a short exercise routine you can repeat a couple of times throughout the day.

Well to let you know, I believe being skinny is just ridiculous.

Do you know anything about your BMI? If your number is between I think it's xxx-xxx you're in very good shape. Don't go anything below xxx, it's really bad for your body. You don't absorb nutrients and you can develop a lot of health problems from being too skinny. Your body begins to shut down and you open up your body to things like heart disease (leading killer among men), cancer, and dehydration. Doesn't sound like fun, huh?

However, if you want to lose weight, like the person above me said, eat a healthy, balanced diet. Don't rely on pills or vitamins for nutrients, buy organic food. If you can, buy from local farmers. Stay away from processed foods and stay away from anything with food dye. Feel free to eat sweets, but keep it to a minimum and only eat it on special occasions.

Just to note, BMI isn't a reliable source for a heathy weight for anyone under 18. As stated the best way to achieve a healthy body weight is diet and exercise, your doctor can provide you with a good plan for your age and body type.

It's funny to note that I'm actually going to university to become a doctor (: [And yes, I have the marks for it] So I'm well aware of the health risks associated with weight loss - though I must admit I do ignore the repercussions at times. I just really hate being me

As for the healthy diet - I am the king of healthy food. My friends think I'm a freak for what I eat xD Complete vegetarianism, the only thing I eat with any amount of significant calorie content is chocolate... because chocolate makes my life <3 As for processed foods, the only thing of that I eat is probably crackers...

O and thanks for the clarification on the Triggering thing, I was a little perplexed by that being imposed... but you're right (: danke schöne! I'm still new to how this site works.
