As we are not medical professionals we cannot give an accurate diagnosis as to the nature of your problem. I realise you said you would rather not go to the doctor but it really is your best option as they will be able to tell you better than we can what is wrong and maybe give you something to help ease the pain.

Take care,
Vicki

I don't know. People with chronic headaches might have a multitude of problems or one minor problem. Headaches are so vast that you will need to see a doctor. There might be some underlying causes of this. I hope you figure out what it wrong. Feel better

Headaches are caused by a lack of serum within the blood stream which means that the blood will thicken and consequently cause pressure in the blood vessels in the brain....which causes the pain when we have a headache. The way to get more serum into your blood stream is to drink some water, if you are dehydrated you will experience headaches so that is why drinking water is essential.
However obviously we cannot diagnose medical problems on this forum so it is best that you do see your doctor if it persists.
