Question Stomach cramps? - October 3rd 2011, 05:32 PM

Okay so latelyyyy when i eat(not every time) I get these terrible stomach cramps. Today I got them for no reason. I just got out of the shower and my stomach started hurtingg.. odd. help? lol

Well, since we aren't doctors and don't know the extent of the pain, we can't really tell you what's going on. I get bad stomach pains after eating sometimes, but that just means I have to use the bathroom to help ease the pressure. Maybe it's best if you try this.

It could also be stomach ulcers, which are really rare in someone so young, but if the pain persists, you should really bring it up to a doctor.

It could be the things you eat. If they are dairy products or have dairy in them, or maybe eating spicy foods (even if they don't seem spicy to you, your stomach may think differently).

How long has this been occurring? And how often?

I would make note of what you are eating and see if it is something that you might be intolerant to, such as dairy. If not and the cramps don't go away in a few days I would make an appointment with your doctor
