Why is my eye twitching? -

My left eye has been twitching on and off for almost a week.. It's already becoming embarrasIng talking to people because it's just really wierd. Cause my eye is constantly twitching. So I have no idea why? What should i do? Help please!!!

Hey there, a lot of times stress or lack of sleep can cause eye twitching. Definitely think about when your eye started twitching & pay attention to when it does. My mom had this problem last year & noticed her eye twitched more at work when her boss was around, because he was stressing her out. Here is a good site that shows other causes of eye twitching. Hope this helped!

I agree with Barbara. Keep a look out for how long it lasts, what may trigger out. try cutting out caffeine and keep a healthy diet and sleep pattern. The littlest changes can make the biggest difference.
