We aren't professionals here, so I can't diagnose you. It sounds to me like it is just because you aren't eating except once a day. So when you do eat, your body isn't sure how to handle it and it tries to get rid of it.
Try eating several small meals during the day. If you are trying to lose weight, starving is not the answer. This won't help you. It won't make you look better or feel better. Try exercising more often. This way you can eat and then you exercise so you maintain the weight you are, or exercise a bit more to lose some weight in a healthy way. So you have gray hair and you're only 26
that's just another reason I love you... ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Lol niiice. My boyfriend's started at 12, but he wasn't born with gray hair.
Back onto topic though... How does that idea sound? If that doesn't sound like something you want to do, maybe we can think of something else.
