How long should I wait? - April 8th 2012, 07:55 PM

I just ate an easter dinner of corn beef, 4 dinner roles, a small salad, and jello mixed with wiped cream. How long should I wait before going for a jog?

hey ! i JUST saw your post in the eating disorder forum... and it might be a good idea to not go on a jog. if you do decide to go, i'd wait at least an hourfor your food to settle . also, dont drink a bunch of water or anything in between now and then cause you could get cramps.

PM me anytime

I wanna fly. So I do gymnastics instead.

I'll just keep holding on to what i believe and oh I believe in you. Give me the strength for the fight and the heart to believe cause I've got to believe in you. I feel so alive.

Give it an hour or two.

Frankly, I fucking love this thread. You ate a massive Easter dinner, and now you want to exercise? GOOD. Purging is shit. Exercise, plenty of food and a good diet is essential. I see in another thread you are worried about your ED coming back. Eat a good diet. Exercise plenty. Fuck calories, and fuck weight. They have little bearing on looks and health.

Looking great and being healthy does not equate to weight and calories the way you think it does.

My posts come out so disjointed and rambling when I post on my phone

Yogi is right though. Despite the odd phrasing

It's fine to eat large meals! Just exercise (not over-exercise).

As for going for a job, it depends on your body. Some people can go after 30 minutes, but others have to wait until an hour after eating. Otherwise you risk cramping.
